Frequently Asked Questions
What time do sessions start?
Sessions can begin as early as 8:00 AM, with flexible scheduling available throughout the day.
How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 48 hours in advance. For groups of 5
8 students are the maximum, we recommend 1–2 weeks’ notice to ensure availability.
Where do you offer training?
We come to homes, workplaces, schools, and community centers. All we need is a clean, quiet space with seating and floor access for CPR practice.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept credit card, PayPal, and cash.
What is your cancellation and refund policy? Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a $25 fee. Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, you are eligible for a full refund. If Hazel Cares must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no charge.
When will I receive my certification?
Digital certificates are emailed to each participant within 24 hours of course completion.
